Independent impressions so far are encouraging. Farmers Weekly put the Stryker through a working farm test and called it arguably the most credible electric option in its comparison, praising the whisper-quiet drivetrain, the in-house cab that fits far better than HISUN’s old retrofit units, and the leap in interior tech. The chassis hardware backs it up: selectable 2WD/4WD with front and rear lockers, double A-arm suspension with nitrogen-assist shocks at all corners, and 11 inches of ground clearance on 26-inch radials.

The honest gaps versus premium rivals show up in work numbers and infrastructure. Towing is rated at 2,200 lbs and the gas-assist dump bed at 500 lbs, usable for property chores, but the Kinetic tows 2,500 and Volcon’s Stag-adjacent work rigs go further. Charging is a 6 to 8 hour affair on the onboard charger with no DC fast option, so this is an overnight-charge machine. And while HISUN’s McKinney, Texas operation and dealer network are established, parts depth and service coverage remain thinner than the legacy brands, owner threads on HISUN’s gas UTVs flag occasional parts wait times, a pattern worth assuming carries over.

The Stryker EV is also simply new, so nobody can speak to year-five battery health yet. HISUN’s 2-year limited warranty is decent if not exceptional. Those caveats accepted, the value proposition is the strongest in the segment right now: this is the cheapest path to a genuinely well-equipped lithium 4WD side-by-side from a company with a real US footprint. For acreage owners who want quiet utility without Kinetic money, it is the 2026 spec sheet to beat, and the six-seat Stryker EV Crew in this catalog stretches the same platform for bigger households.
